	Introduction We believe in working in partnership - with both agencies and service providers. Being a user-led provider, we listen to our users right at grass-roots level and we are influenced by our user's needs to provide training to increase self confidence, skill needs and job prospects within minority communities.
	Our aims over the forthcoming years are: To improve the quality of life for minority communities, with a focus on women and children. To be recognised as the leading contact centre for advice, support and training. To facilitate business start-ups within minority communities. To build on our existing partnerships and develop new partnerships with all sectors of service delivery.
